We started working with Chris and her team at least a year before listing our property. They provided very useful feedback on our property, including strengths and weaknesses as well as potential investments so that we were able to hit the ground running once we listed. As luck would have it, a shutdown ensued a week after listing, which completely froze the local housing market. Chris and Will persevered, navigating us through the storm.
